The Collar City Auctions, Inc. team offers three generations of auctioneers and just under 40 years of fulltime experience as licensed and bonded auctioneers, realtors, associate brokers, agents, certified appraisers, and consultants specializing in all aspects of the industry.

Collar City sells approximately 1,000 properties through the auction and traditional sale processes, annually, provides personal property auction services, and conducts hundreds of commercial liquidations, bankruptcies, estates, business liquidations, construction and support equipment, metal and woodworking machinery, antiques, estates, trucks, watercraft, aircraft, and firearms auctions, annually.

Collar City is recognized by municipalities, local governments, state and federal governments and judicial systems as experts in the auction and appraisal industry, supplying auction services, and as expert witnesses for high-profile cases. Collar City has also developed, copyrighted and protected specialized its “Real Property Purchase Proposal Process Program,” which is now used by municipalities throughout New York.

Collar City provides online and onsite auction services, as well as auction services at Collar City’s very own 52-acre Auction Center located at 9423 Western Turnpike (Rte. 20), Delanson, NY, just 10 minutes from Schenectady and 20 minutes from Albany, NY.
