Collar City staff are specialists in handling any size auction, appraisal, liquidation, or tax delinquent foreclosed properties for municipalities.

The company’s takes the following steps to ensure a successful auction:

• Globally expose the assets through an extensive marketing campaign using a targeted online marketing approach, as well as local media sources such as newspapers and Pennysavers, and when necessary, billboards, television, hand distribution and mailing of color brochures and website posting.
• Auction signage is posted containing an announcement of the auction or sale, open house/inspection date and time, date of sale, web address, company name and telephone number. Signs are removed post sale.
• Printing of full color auction brochures containing sale information, general information about what is being sold, open house/inspection date and time, terms and conditions of sale, sale site/location and required payment instructions auction day, etc.
• Staff is provided to handle all aspects of the auction process and activities.
