BANKRUPTCY

Collar City holds many district bonds across the United States, and offers complete bankruptcy services related to Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy.

FORECLOSURES

If facing foreclosure, Collar City will negotiate with lenders, conduct auctions, and sell property prior to the lender incurring additional foreclosure expenses, which would have been passed on to the mortgagee.
