Randy is a second-generation auctioneer, having obtained his real estate sales license right out of high school and his degree from Missouri Auction School. Quickly thereafter, Randy earned his real estate broker’s license and a Certified Appraisers Guild of America (CAGA) designation. Randy is currently a member of the National Auctioneers Association, New York State Auctioneers Association, Greater Capital Association of Realtors, Vermont Auctioneers Association, Massachusetts Auctioneers Association, International Society of Appraisers, and the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees. Outside of business, Randy is involved in multiple community organizations and enjoys traveling, hunting, racing cars and spending time with family and friends.
Randy and the Collar City Auctions team have developed a reputation with the ability to handle high-profile “massive auctions,” some with as many as 10,000 lots and as many as 980 parcels of real estate. Every appraisal, liquidation, and auction is handled with the upmost integrity. The company strives to satisfy all clients and buyers with the quickest, easiest, and most profitable outcome. Collar City Acutions’ online auction platform enables the company to diligently expose any type of asset anywhere in the world.

Bill ensures all auctions run as smoothly and efficiently as possible, and the satisfaction of every customer is guaranteed. In his spare time, Bill likes to spend time with family and participate in mud truck racing.

Rene is a licensed New York State Real Estate Agent, specializing in municipalities and real estate auctions with Collar City Auctions. Knowledgeable and experienced in the insurance industry for over 20 years, she is also the former Town Supervisor of Duanesburg, NY. When she is not at work, Rene enjoys camping, traveling, motorcycle rides and spending time with friends.

Bob is an easy-going, calm natured, jack of all trades. As a retiree of Orange Motors, Bob’s expertise in automotive and construction equipment is invaluable to Collar City Auctions. He is involved with most all auctions and spends most time preparing for new adventurous auctions or assisting with real estate transactions.

Miranda is a valued auction specialist/receptionist on the Collar City Auctions team. Miranda enjoys collaborating closely with customers using a solution-oriented manner when any issue arises. With a background in client relations, Miranda strives to make a happy, energized environment for both customers and colleagues alike. In her spare time, Miranda enjoys spending time in nature, with her family, and playing with her chocolate lab, Reese.

Megan is an integral part of the Collar City Auctions team, overseeing the daily operations of the company and providing quality support to customers. Megan oversees the office’s operations and procedures, prepares payroll, controls correspondences, and reviews and approves supply requisitions. Megan is a mother of four who enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and cooking.

As the IT Manager, Carl ensures Collar City’s computers and networks run properly, and online auction sites are maintained. With 21 years’ experience, Carl has grown Collar City’s network and internet needs from its original 2 PCs to over a dozen in house servers and an online auctioning presence.

Daphne is Collar City’s Social Media Consultant. Her main role is to share ongoing auctions across all social media platforms through videos and photo collages by creating, designing, and publishing content that will spark engagement amongst both new and frequent bidders. In her free time, Daphne loves to paint, thrift, and travel.

Rick’s responsibilities consist of oversight of Collar City’s GIS teams. This includes, GIS mapping for municipal foreclosures and consulting on projects and new ventures. Rick also appraises entertainment memorabilia. In his free time, Rick enjoys learning about different geographical locations without a compass.

John is a professional auction site specialist and photographer. Day-to-day, John works closely with clients and customers ensuring a desirable experience with the company. While currently obtaining his real estate license, he plans to expand his horizons with the real estate division of the company.

John is a legend in the auction industry and oversees Collar City Actions’ New York City (NYC) office. As a licensed auctioneer, as well as a licensed real estate agent, he is rapidly focused on growing the company’s exposure in the NYC area. During off time, John loves to spend time with family and friends and take long walks.
